Modular docking system for 5-axis machines

An integral clamping system combining a zero-point gripper, pull pin and self-centering clamps. This solution is specifically designed for complex machining on 5-axis machines, allowing full access to the cutting tool from any angle while maintaining repeatability of 5 microns.
Gripper Base (KSZ-115): A massive "zero point" gripper anchored to the machine head.
Pull Stud: Connects the clamp to the clamp with a powerful and secure lock.
Self-centering clamps: grip the workpiece in the exact center, preventing errors in side machining.
Jaws with a graduated scale: allow for quick adjustment of the part inside the vise without the need for cumbersome manual measurements.
